Insurance & Payment

Dr. DiVittore is not in-network with any insurance companies and does not bill insurance directly.

Therapy Services:

All new clients will be required to provide credit card information prior to intake or first scheduled appointment. This credit card will be charged by the end of the business day of the date of service (usually processes within 2-3 business days). Please review the Fees Agreement in the intake paperwork for more information and for specific fees.

Dr. DiVittore is a fee-for-service provider. This means she is not on any insurance panels and does not deal with insurance companies directly. However, many clients choose to receive a monthly superbill they can directly submit to their insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursements. Depending on your insurance provider, you may be reimbursed in part or in full and the timing of the reimbursement is dependent on your provider. Superbills are only available for therapy clients only. Insurance does not reimburse for consultation, training, supervision or coaching services.

Cancellation Policy:

Scheduling an appointment is a commitment that both Dr. DiVittore and the client (you) honor. An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled when at least 48 hours notice is provided without a fee. If you miss an appointment or do not cancel within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the No Show or Late Cancelation fee will be charged to your card on file.

Good Faith Estimate:

For individual therapy clients, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE) explaining how much your non-emergency medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

The GFE will be included in your intake paperwork, which must be reviewed and completed prior to our first visit together. â€‹ Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises .

Training, Consultation, & Coaching Services:

Fees will be hourly or packaged depending on your needs. This will be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to scheduling the first appointment.

Clinical Supervision:

An agreed upon monthly fee will be applied at the beginning of each month, which will include 3-4 hours of scheduled supervision per month + documentation review/signing + emergency consultation. This can be tailored to the supervisee's needs and may vary from month-to-month.
